Why Rama Navami?

Rama had left earth physically thousands of years ago. So what is the benefit of focusing our energies on Rama in year 2020.

Rama stood for that which is righteous (Dharma). Concentrating on his story brings thoughts of right living and compassion. We are at a time when beings around the world are being cleansed, the environment is being cleansed, and we are at home. This is an ideal time for inner contemplation and realignment of values and thoughts.

Spiritual beings like Rama are high entities and come down to demonstrate and bring good to humanity. Spiritually they don't die, and they represent something far more profound in terms of energy and transformation.

Why now?

Today the 2nd of April 2020 Rama Navami is celebrated. Although in the U.K. Navami is upto 16H29, meditation and contemplation can carry on throughout the day. The spiritual energy in with this celebration is more powerful at this time.

If the prayer/meditation is done collectively through the world then it becomes that more powerful, and has a global impact. One pointed concentration to remove negative energy is the strategy.

What may be done to achieve the goal and benefits?

Simple continuous uttering of the Ram mantra in a quiet place with the right and positive attitude.

Mantra: Shri Ram Jaya Ram Jaya Jaya Ram.

How long: sets of 108 times. Or as long as you can concentrate.

Then sit quietly and enjoy the calm, and reflect.

Good wishes
